With this, we would like to inform you users of some news in the latest update of the Clean . Hold on to it!
- Ability to export data and reports I Clean 5.1 - now available!
The feature is available on the fullness page, the asset management page and for all reports! Maps can be exported to PDF and tables to CSV or PDF. Tap the export button next to the print button in the upper-left corner of the page to access the data for the selected filter.
- Ability to upload photos via CLEAN Mobile - now available!
You can now upload an image for each unique Bigbelly unit in the field. This function and the ability to add a text note to the device
is now available in both the Installer tool (for images on devices when installed) and in the service tool (for images on devices already installed). Uploaded images and notes can then be located on the device's detail page under the service tab on your computer.
- Ability to sort and directions – now available!
The latest update to the app allows you to sort the order of the devices in the app that shows the fill rates for all stations.
This is after either alphabetical order or fill degree. Another good feature is that you can now click on any device on the map and then click on the small compass icon to get direct help with navigation to the site using the phone's already built-in navigation system. See picture below.
- Quick access to filtered devices on the Global overview page – available Sunday, Oct 22nd!
If you have access to the Global overview page in Clean you will have access to a completely new search function: search by serial number.
Type a serial number (or several separated by commas) to get to a filtered device page. Click the SN hyperlink for a shortcut
to the detailed side of the device or inline-edit the details of selected components. Map and list overviews are available for requested equipment along with print and export functions.
- Updated Alerts page – available Sunday, October 22nd!
New features will be available here such as extended search functions, new filters and the ability to both print and export.
