Sustainion Group AB continues its successful investment in the Smart City segment to promote sustainable urban environments. Through the subsidiary EWF Eco AB, the company has acquired 98.44 percent of the shares in the lighting company Leading Light AB. This strategic acquisition will strengthen EWF Eco's presence and position in the Smart City segment and enable the development of innovative solutions for sustainable cities.
EWF Eco AB, already a prominent player in the Smart City segment, is well known for its market-leading contribution to smart waste management and recycling in public spaces in the Nordic region. Through the acquisition of Leading Light , EWF Eco will be able to expand its product offering to existing and new customers.
Smart presence-controlled and connected lighting systems for sustainable cities
Leading Light specializes in manufacturing and selling smart presence-controlled and connected lighting systems (IoT) for sustainable cities. Their innovative solutions make it possible to reduce energy consumption without compromising safety and security in the outdoor environment. By combining EWF Eco's expertise in smart waste management with Leading Light's advanced lighting systems, the companies will be able to offer a comprehensive and integrated solution for smart and sustainable cities.


With five employees, they are a competent and committed organization that will be integrated into Sustainion Group's operations as of 31 May.
