What personal data do we process?
Since you have made an expression of interest for a newsletter, or similar, you have submitted your first and last name, e-mail, telephone number, city and postal code to us. When you submitted your expression of interest, you agreed to EWF Eco AB processes this personal data about you.
Why do we process your personal data?
EWF Eco AB processes your personal data in order to communicate with you regarding the products or services you have purchased or shown interest in. The information we have received is used to further use your personal data for market analyses and market research.
Do you want to limit our treatment?

Do you want to limit our mailings?
You always have the option to unsubscribe from newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe from all newsletters, you can find a link at the bottom of the email. Please note that you will continue to receive information from us if you are a customer and when we carry out upgrades or changes to the products and services.
Do you want to withdraw your consent?
If you withdraw your consent, we will delete your personal data from the stakeholder register. This means that we cannot contact you for information about news or changes. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact our manager in accordance with the link below. Please note, however, that we cannot delete your data if there are legal reasons for continued processing. If so, we will inform you of the reasons for continued treatment.
EWF Eco AB protects your privacy. We therefore ensure that the databases we use are secure and that have implemented gdpr, and that your personal data is processed with confidentiality. EWF Eco AB will take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure that our handling of your personal data is carried out in accordance with gdpr. We collect information about you during the checkout process in our store.
What we collect and store
While visiting our site, we will track:
- Products you've viewed: we use this to, for example, show you products you've recently looked at
- Location information, IP address and browser type: we use this for purposes such as VAT calculation and shipping costs
- Shipping address: we ask you to enter this so that we, for example, can calculate shipping before ordering, and send you the order!
When you purchase from us, we ask you to provide us with information that includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, credit card/payment details and any account information such as username and password. We use this information for purposes, such as:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Answer your questions, including buy-backs and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with legal requirements we have, such as VAT calculation
- Improve our store offerings
