How the guarantee works

We want you to feel confident about your investment. That's why we offer a clear guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship on our products. Here's a quick overview - and further down you'll find all the details for those who want to know more.

Our products come with a warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if any component in the station, battery, parts or accessories turns out to be defective due to material or production faults, we will rectify this at no extra cost during the warranty period. In this way, you as a customer can feel confident that your investment is secured against manufacturing defects and that the product lives up to the quality promised.

This is not covered by the guarantee

  • Normal wear and tear or consumables (e.g. garbage bags, stickers)
  • Vandalism, theft or damage
  • Damage from accidents, extreme weather or fire
  • Incorrect installation, maintenance or unauthorized intervention
  • Use of non-original parts
  • Natural capacity reduction of batteries over time

Here's how to do it

  1. Submit your case
    • Describe the error
    • Attach photos or video
    • Enter serial number, address and order/reference number
  2. We take care of the case
    • Our technicians go through the description and pictures
    • If necessary, we will contact you for more information
    • Sometimes we need to inspect the station or a component
  3. You get a solution
    • If the warranty applies: we will repair or replace the faulty part
    • If it's out of warranty: you'll get a quote and suggested action

Frequently asked questions and answers

Does the warranty cover vandalism?
- No. However, we can help with remedial action against a quote.

Do original parts have to be used?
- Yes, otherwise the warranty is not valid.

How long is the warranty?
- This is stated in the order confirmation or your service contract.

Is connectivity required for the warranty to be valid?
- No, but without connectivity some functions and troubleshooting may be limited.
