Västerås saves with BigBelly

Västerås Municipality made a solid investment in BigBelly 's smart waste and recycling system in the summer of 2017 at Lögastrand. The waste disposal system is not only practical, but also provides a beautiful twinkle in the eye for visitors.

They're squeezing the trash. The bins are also closed so that rats and birds can't get into them – When it's time to empty the barrels, a signal is sent to the contractor. In the past, every day was emptied. You don't have to do that anymore.
